16-year-old Justin Combs was the quintessential older brother while filming his two 4-year-old twin sisters Jessie and D'Lila Combs. We've got the video he snapped while out at sea around St. Barts today with Diddy, Kim Porter, and the rest of the fam.
Sounds like Justin is laying down the law. He told his twin sisters they're not allowed to date until they're over the age of 40. The girls even said 60 is what they were told! Too funny.
